Domains

The Domains page lists all domains under your account and shows key information about each one at a glance. From here you can search and filter domains, customize which columns are shown, take bulk actions across multiple domains, export data, and navigate to individual domain settings.

Domains Table

The domains table displays the most important information for each domain. By default the following columns are shown: Domain, Action Required, Type, Email Volume, Domain Score, DMARC Status, and DMARC Policy. Click the domain name or the pencil icon to open that domain's settings.

Domain Columns

DomainThe domain name. Always visible. Click the name or pencil icon to open domain settings.
Action RequiredShows the number of outstanding recommended actions for the domain. Click to see the list of actions.
TypeWhether the domain is Active (sends email) or Parked (non-email-sending).
Created DateThe date the domain was added to your account.

Statistics Columns

ColumnDescription
Email VolumeTotal number of emails seen in the last 7 days.
Passing DMARCNumber of emails that passed DMARC in the last 7 days.
Failing DMARCNumber of emails that failed DMARC in the last 7 days.

Domain Score & Rating Columns

ColumnDescription
Domain ScoreOverall protection score based on the current live DNS records.
Impersonation RatingA score out of 5 rating the domain's resistance to email impersonation.
Privacy RatingA score out of 5 rating the domain's email privacy posture.
Branding RatingA score out of 5 rating the domain's email branding strength.

Scores are colour-coded: green for low risk, amber for moderate risk, and red for high risk.

Domain Settings Columns

These columns show the verification status of each DNS record type configured for the domain.

DMARC StatusOverall DMARC verification and reporting status (see DMARC Status Values below).
DMARC PolicyThe DMARC policy currently applied: None, Quarantine, or Reject.
SPF StatusVerification status of the SPF record.
DKIM StatusVerification status of the DKIM record.
TLS-RPT StatusVerification status of the TLS-RPT record.
MTA-STS Record StatusVerification status of the MTA-STS DNS record.
MTA-STS Policy StatusVerification status of the MTA-STS policy file.
BIMI StatusVerification status of the BIMI record.

SPF Settings Columns

ColumnDescription
SPF FlatteningWhether SPF flattening is enabled or disabled for the domain.
SPF All TermThe qualifier applied to the SPF "all" mechanism: Pass, Fail, Neutral, or Soft Fail.

DNS Information Columns

ColumnDescription
DNS ProviderThe DNS provider detected for the domain.
Email ProviderThe email provider detected for the domain.

Setting Status Values

StatusMeaning
VerifiedThe DNS record has been verified successfully.
Verified (with info icon)The record is partially configured. Hover the tag to see details.
Not VerifiedThe DNS record has not been verified.
DisabledThe setting is not configured for this domain.

DMARC Status Values

For Active domains:

StatusMeaning
ReportingVerified and receiving DMARC reports.
Awaiting ReportsVerified but no reports received yet.
Not VerifiedDNS delegation has not been verified.

For Parked domains:

StatusMeaning
VerifiedDNS delegation is verified.
Not VerifiedDNS delegation has not been verified.

Note: A status tag with an info icon indicates a Partially Verified state.

Customizing Columns

Click Columns to choose which columns are displayed in the table. Columns are organised into the following groups:

The Domain column cannot be hidden. You can also drag column headers to reorder them. Click Reset in the columns menu to restore the default columns and order. Your column selection and order are saved in the browser and persist between sessions.

Searching and Filtering

Use the Search field to filter the list by domain name as you type. Click Filter to open the filter panel and narrow results by:

Click Filter (in the panel) to apply the selected criteria. Active filter chips appear below the search bar. Click the × on any chip to remove it, or click Clear All to reset all filters.

Adding a Domain

Click Add New to open a form for adding a new domain to your account.

Domain Actions

Each row has the following actions:

  • Copy icon: Copies the domain name to your clipboard.
  • Reports menu: Opens a menu with links to the Email Senders, TLS-RPT Reports, and Failure Reports reports, filtered to this domain.
  • Pencil icon: Opens the domain's settings page.
  • Ellipsis menu (⋮): Opens additional actions:
ActionDescription
Mark as PrimarySets this domain as the primary domain, shown with a star icon and used as the default on reports and dashboards. Only shown when the domain is not already the primary.
Set as Parked / Set as ActiveToggles the domain between Active and Parked type. Setting a domain to Parked automatically changes its DMARC policy to Reject.
DMARC Compliance CertificateDownloads or emails a DMARC compliance certificate for the domain.
Domain ReportGenerates a shareable domain report.
Domain LogsOpens the activity log for this domain.
Sync DNS RecordsRe-runs verification across all DNS records for the domain. Only available if your DNS provider connection supports it.

Bulk Actions

Select one or more domains using the checkboxes to reveal the bulk actions panel. To select all domains across all pages, click Select All in the panel.

Run Bulk Update

Click Run Bulk Update to open the bulk update dialog. Select a Property to Update:

Click Update Now to apply the change to all selected domains.

Export to CSV

Click Export to CSV to download the currently selected domains' table data as a CSV file.

Export DNS Setup

Click Export DNS Setup to export DNS setup instructions for the selected domains. Choose which record types to include (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, TLS-RPT, or BIMI) and select the export format (CSV or BIND), then click Export.

Domain Setup Instructions

Each domain's settings pages include a setup instructions view for each DNS record type (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, and TLS-RPT). The setup instructions page shows the exact DNS records to add to your DNS provider.

Click Verify to check whether the record has been successfully published to public DNS. Use Share setup instructions to generate a shareable link for your DNS administrator.
