Dashboard
The Dashboard gives you a high-level picture of email activity across all domains in your account. It aggregates sending volume, approved and unapproved senders, and DMARC policy status into summary cards and a domain breakdown table.
Use the date picker in the top-right corner to change the reporting period for the whole page. Changing the range reloads the summary cards, the reporting domains table, and the sender volume table.
Note: If none of your domains are actively reporting yet, the Dashboard shows a "No Reporting Data Available" message explaining that reporting data can take up to 72 hours to appear, and that reports are only available for active and verified domains. Click Manage domains to go to the Domains module.
Note: If your domains are reporting but no data was recorded for the selected date range, the Dashboard shows a "No Reporting Data Available" message asking you to adjust the date range and try again.
Summary Cards
The three summary cards give a quick snapshot of your account's email authentication health for the selected date range.
Domains
Shows the total number of domains that are Reporting and the Total number of domains in the account. A doughnut chart visualises the distribution of DMARC policies (None, Reject, Quarantine) across all domains, with the percentage of domains under an Enforced policy shown at the centre. Click View Domains to go to the Domains module.
Email volume
Shows total email volume over the selected date range, broken down into:
| Legend | Description |
|---|---|
| Approved | Emails from senders you have categorised as approved |
| Unapproved & other | Emails from unapproved, unknown, or unrecognised senders |
A timeline chart plots the volume trend across the selected period.
Senders
Shows the total number of unique senders detected, split into Approved and Unapproved counts. A doughnut chart visualises the ratio. Click View Senders to go to the Email Senders report for the active domain.
Reporting Domains Table
The domains table lists all reporting domains with a summary of their email activity. Domains are sorted by total email volume by default, and the list paginates if more than three domains are reporting.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Domains | Domain name and its current DMARC policy tag |
| Volume | Total email incidents recorded for the domain |
| Approved | Number of approved senders and their total volume, with a compliance chart |
| Unapproved | Number of unapproved senders and their total volume, with a compliance chart |
The chart in each Approved and Unapproved cell uses a colour legend:
| Legend | Description |
|---|---|
| Passing DMARC | Emails that passed DMARC authentication |
| Failing DMARC | Emails that failed DMARC authentication |
| Forwards | Emails identified as forwarded messages |
Click View Report on any row to open the Email Senders report for that domain. Click View All Domains to go to the Domains module.
Approved Senders by Volume
The table at the bottom of the Dashboard lists the top approved senders across all domains, ranked by email volume.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Approved Senders by Volume | Sender name and type |
| Volume | Total email incidents for the sender |
| Compliance | A bar showing the proportion of passing, forwarded, and failing messages |
| Domain | The domain associated with this sender; click to open the sender report for that domain |
Below the table, a colour legend explains the Compliance bar:
| Legend | Description |
|---|---|
| Passing DMARC | Emails that passed DMARC authentication |
| Forwards | Emails identified as forwarded messages |
| Failing DMARC | Emails that failed DMARC authentication |
