Account Dashboard

On the primary Dashboard overview, statistics for domains, sources, senders, and mail volumes across all domains are aggregated in cards that show you quick insights across this account.

Time Periods in DMARC Manager default to 7 days; you have full control over the selected time period by using the date box selector in the top right-hand corner.

Account Breakdown

Domains

The domains card will show you statistics about Active and Inactive domains in the account. The doughnut chart will also display the DMARC policy applied to the domains. Clicking 'View Domains' will navigate the user to the Domains interface.

Email Volume

The email volume card will show you a breakdown of authorised vs unauthorised mail volume over the selected time period. The bar graph will also display the authentication results over the timeline selected.

Senders

The sender's card will show your source categorisation across the different senders in the account. This will change depending on how many senders you have marked as approved. The doughnut chart also displays the authentication results of each grouped source.

Reporting Domains

The detailed domains breakdown shows you information across the domains, such as:

• Domain Name & Enforcement Policy(displayed underneath each domain)

  • Senders Total
  • Volume Total
  • Compliance Chart
• Unapproved Senders
  • Senders Total

Users can click the 'View Report' button next to each domain to view detailed reporting in the Email Sender Reports interface. Additionally, users can navigate to the Domains Management interface by clicking 'View All Domains'.

Approved Senders by Volume

Approved Senders List will show each sender that you have categorized as an approved sender across all the domains in your account. This will also show you information such as:

• Sender Name and Type
• Sender Mail Volume
• Compliance Bar Chart
• Domain Name
• Source Grouping Categorisation

Users are able to sort this list by Volume or Domain name by clicking on the relevant column header. By clicking on the domain name users will be navigated to the 'Sender reports' interface for the specific domain.
