Failure Reports Overview

Due to privacy concerns, major providers are sending fewer failure reports. We therefore encourage you to not only rely on Failure reports for troubleshooting.

Failure Reports are DMARC reports that can provide additional reporting information such as Sender, Receiver, Subject and more. Unlike the DMARC data viewable from the Email Senders dashboard, Failure Reports are not aggregated - these reports are only generated for individual DMARC failures.

The Failure reports interface allows users to view RUF DMARC reports, commonly referred to as Failure Reports or Failure reports.

Users are able to select which domain they would like to view Failure Reports for by selecting the appropriate domain from the dropdown. They are also able to search through the data by utilizing the search bar.

Filters

All data on the interface is filtered by:

  • Domain – Select the domain for analysis
  • Date Range – Select the date range for received reports
