Reputation Dashboard

This dashboard uses reputational data overlayed on DMARC data to show the reputation statistics of approved sender's IPs for the selected domain.

Users are able to change this view to any the data associated to the Compliance and Deliverability performance of the domain.

Report Filters

All reports will display data based on the following filters:

  • Domain – select the domain for analysis
  • Date Range – select the date range for received reports
  • Sender Filters – filter based on the sender categories applied:
    • All Senders - by default, you will always land on the "ALL" view which will show all sending sources regardless of categorisation.
    • Approved
    • Forwarder
    • Unapproved
    • Suspicious
    • None

Reputation Breakdown

Top Blacklisted Senders

The top blacklisted senders card will show the overall blacklisting status across the IPs of all email-sending sources on this domain.

This view will show the top blacklists seen on your account.

The chart will show graphs on the makeup of the most prevalent blacklists.

Approved Sender Volume

The approved sender volume card will show the overall number of emails that came from IPs that were marked as clean or blacklisted.

The chart will show graphs with the blacklisted number of emails sent on a specific day.

Approved Sender IP

The approved sender IPs card will show the overall number of IPs from approved senders.

The chart will show the number of IPs from approved senders do not appear on any blacklists (i.e. are clean) versus the number of IPs that do appear on blacklists.

Senders List

This view will show you detail associated with email-sending sources reported over time. This view is where additional analysis and interpretation about the reputation of email will occur.

Users are able to search for a specific source using the Search bar in the top left and view a legend explaining the colours of the compliance bar graphs of each sender.

Column headers are explained below:

  • Sender - This will contain the name of the source and its categorisation of email-sending system.
  • IP Addresses – The number of IPs seen as sending from this source.
  • Compliance - The overall DMARC compliance percentage of the emails from this sender.
  • Volume - The total number of emails this sender has sent over the selected period.
  • Blacklisted – The total email volume that came from IPs that belong to this sender that appear in blacklists.
  • Clean – The total email volume that came from IPs that belong to this sender that do not appear in blacklists
  • Category - The category applied to this specific Sender. You can change the sender category of any sender by clicking on the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.

Sender Details

Expand each sender group to view the associated IP addresses and the hostnames of the servers that sent emails. Click on the IP Address to view the Sender IP Detail Report.

In this view, users are able to discern the source of DMARC compliance (SPF, DKIM or both) per IP. This is reflected in the legend in top right.

Detailed Columns are explained below:

  • Country – The country code for the geo-location of the IP.
  • IP - The IP Address of the server that sent this email volume.
  • Host - The hostname of the server that sent this email volume.
  • Blacklists - The number of blacklists this IP appears in.
  • Volume - The total number of emails from this specific server.
  • Blacklisted - The number of emails sent from IPs that appear on blacklists.
  • Clean – The number of emails sent from IPs that do not appear on blacklists.
